Sun Salutations are the bedrock of our asana practice here at Oadby Yoga In this video my aim is to help you focus on the individual parts of the sequence and identify where you need to bring your attention. Using props as necessary, you can practice the parts that you find most challenging and repeat where you need to reinforce. Your aim is to flow through the whole sequence as smoothly and as gracefully as possible, connecting movement with breath.
